The Food & Drug Administration's new Nutrition Facts label has the same iconic look but now includes information on added sugars (careful, not too much), vitamin D (important for bones) and potassium (helps control blood pressure). Serving sizes must now reflect the amount people typically consume, not how much they should eat. Size matters. Make the most of your daily calorie intake. Company compliance is mandatory by July 26, 2018.
